Hypothesis:
One of the quickest ways to increase your website’s conversion rate is to include more call-to-actions (CTAs) in the body of your website.
Reviews are among the most persuasive content on a home service business website. Given that, we predicted that including a phone button within each review block would increase the website’s conversion rate.
Result:
Were we right? Yes...but not by much.
Including the phone number in the reviews section only increased the website’s conversion rate by 1%.
Action Step:
Go ahead and include more CTAs in the each of your review blocks — just don’t expect it to provide a massive boost in conversions!
