How it works

4 steps to stack up the leaderboard

Step 1

Connect your CRM

Link Jobber, ServiceTitan, HouseCall Pro, or another supported integration. When team member data is included in a job event, NiceJob automatically attributes the resulting review to that team member.

Step 2

Reviews are attributed to team members

Each review is matched to the staff member who completed the job — automatically via CRM data, or manually when a logged-in team member sends the invite.

Step 3

Rankings update in real time

The Leaderboard in your Insights tab shows current standings by review volume and average star rating. Filter by time period to track progress.

Step 4

Coach, reward, and spark healthy competition

Share rankings with your team, recognize top performers in team meetings, and use the data to coach anyone who needs support — all without guesswork.

We love the Team Leaderboard in NiceJob's Insights! Our crew has a friendly competition going on to see who can collect the most reviews. And leadership is able to quickly and easily identify areas where recognition or coaching is needed.

Frequently asked questions

There are three ways: automatically via CRM integration (when the job event includes team member data), when a logged-in team member sends the review invite directly, or through manual attribution. Not all CRM integrations include employee data — check your specific integration to confirm.

Yes. Any user connected to your NiceJob company profile can view the Leaderboard from the Insights tab. Many businesses find that visibility alone is enough to drive healthy competition — team members start paying more attention to how they interact with customers when they know their reviews are being tracked.

Yes. The Leaderboard works across multiple locations, making it especially useful for franchises and multi-location operators. You can compare team performance across sites and use the data to standardize your best-performing service behaviours across the whole business.

Because better service generates richer, more detailed reviews — and richer reviews rank higher. Research shows businesses in the Google top-3 positions receive reviews that average around 350 words, versus significantly less for positions further down the page. The Leaderboard makes that connection between individual performance and business-wide SEO visible at the staff level.

If the review name and the contact name in NiceJob don't align, the automatic match may fail. In those cases you can attribute the review manually. NiceJob's support team can help you set up attribution correctly for your specific CRM integration.

Yes. Any user connected to your NiceJob company profile can view the Leaderboard from the Insights tab — so your whole team can see the standings, not just management. Many businesses find that shared visibility is the biggest driver of friendly competition. When team members can see each other's scores in real time, they start paying closer attention to how they interact with customers.
